Four ingredient Grinch Oreo Truffles are easily made with golden Oreos, cream cheese, and sprinkles. Dipped in green candy melts and topped with a tiny red heart-shaped sprinkle, this no-bake treat is the perfect addition to your holiday cookie tray!
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Use a food processor (or a large freezer bag and a rolling pin) to crush up the Oreos into an even, fine crumb.
In a large mixing bowl add the softened cream cheese and Oreo crumbs. Use an electric mixer on low to fully combine.
14.3 ounces golden Oreos, 8 ounces cream cheese
Pour in the sprinkles and stir with a spatula to evenly distribute. Do not overmix or colors will bleed.
1/4 cup Christmas nonpareils
Use an approximately 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop to portion out the balls. Roll between the palms of your hands to smooth them and then place on the prepared pan. Repeat until out of mixture.
Place the tray with the truffles into the freezer to chill for approximately 30 minutes.
Once chilled, pour the candy melts into a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
1 pound light green candy melts
Dip each ball into the green coating, letting any excess drip off, before placing back onto the parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Drizzle additional chocolate over the top and finish with a heart sprinkle.

Notes
Mix cookie crumbs and cream cheese completely before adding nonpareils to avoid color bleeding.
Thin thick candy melts (especially green) with a little coconut or vegetable oil.
Use a cookie scoop (1"–1.5") for even sizing; smaller scoop = more truffles.
Work quickly to prevent candy melts from hardening mid-process.
Try different Oreo flavors—classic chocolate or even mint.
Add a splash of vanilla for extra flavor.
Decorate simply or go all out with hearts, candy eyes, grumpy brows, and Santa hats!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
