Instructions
Place rack in bottom of Instant Pot and pour in approximately 1 cup of cold water.
Cold Water
Layer eggs in a single layer (however many will fit/you need).
6 large eggs
Seal the value and set the timer for 5 minutes on manual setting. ** see notes for additional cook times
While eggs are cooking, prepare an ice bath by adding ice to a large bowl and filling with cold water.
Ice
When the time is up, let natural release for 5 minutes and then quick release.
Immediately add eggs to ice bath and let them cool for 5 minutes - this step is important.
Peel and serve or store in a sealed container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
Notes
Cooking times may vary depending on your pressure cooker.
Eggs cook best in a single layer so how many you make will depend on the size of your Instant Pot.

Medium Hard Boiled Eggs - Cook for 5 minutes
Hard Boiled Eggs - Cook 6 minutes
Well Done Hard Boiled Eggs - Cook 7 minutes
Every slow cooker runs differently. Times given are a general recommendation and should be tested in your own slow cooker and adjusted as needed.
