Slow Cooker Bacon and Cheese Dip Recipe
This bacon and cheese dip is rich, creamy, and loaded with crispy bacon, all made easy in the slow cooker. It’s a warm, gooey crowd-pleasing crockpot dip that stays perfectly scoopable for parties, game day, and entertaining.

Ingredients

cream cheese
at room temperature, cubed
16
ounces
colby jack cheese
shredded

half & half

Tablespoons
mustard

Tablespoon
minced onion

teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce

teaspoon
kosher salt
¼
teaspoon
Tabasco sauce
or your favorite hot pepper sauce

cooked & crumbled, divided
Instructions
To a small slow cooker, add the cubed cream cheese, colby jack cheese, half & half, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and Tabasco sauce.
16 ounces cream cheese,
16 ounces colby jack cheese,
1 cup half & half,
2 Tablespoons mustard,
1 Tablespoon minced onion,
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce,
½ teaspoon kosher salt,
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Stir then cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, or until fully melted.
Sprinkle most of the crumbled bacon over the top and stir in, sprinkle the remaining bacon over the top to serve.

Turn the slow cooker to WARM for serving.
Notes
Serve with
soft pretzels
, sourdough bread rounds, and/or vegetable dippers.
Dip makes approximately 1 quart. Depending on serving size, it should serve 8-16.
Use a mini slow cooker (2-3 quart) for best results but a larger slow cooker can be used, if needed.
Every slow cooker runs differently. Times given are a general recommendation and should be tested in your own slow cooker and adjusted as needed.
