Add Nutella and cream cheese to the food processor. Mix until ingredients are well combined and consistency is like dough.
1 cup hazelnut spread, 4 ounces cream cheese
Portion out tablespoon amount, roll into balls, and place onto baking sheet.
Place in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. They're easier to dip when chilled.

Notes
Work fast to keep chocolate from hardening mid-process; reheat in short bursts if needed.
Use a toothpick for dipping if a fork is tricky—cover the hole with extra chocolate after placing.
Let chocolate fully set before decorating with gel to avoid sliding.
Add sprinkles while the coating is still tacky for best results.
Get creative with decorating—mix sprinkles, gel, and candy for fun faces and hats.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Freeze before or after decorating; flash freeze first, then store for up to 2 months.
