STEP 1

Trim the chicken breasts and add them to a slow cooker. Pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken.

Pour milk into the sauce bottle, shake and pour it into the slow cooker. Add the cubed cream cheese.

STEP 3

Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it and return to the sauce. Add the parmesan cheese and stir.

STEP 4

Cook and drain the pasta. Pour the cooked pasta into the slow cooker and stir to combine.

STEP 5

Garnish with additional parmesan cheese and parsley and serve!
