Chocolate Covered Rice Krispie Peanut Butter Balls

An indulgent chocolate shell surrounds crispy Rice Krispies mixed w/  peanut butter, to make these delicious no-bake chocolate covered PB treats!

This is the perfect easy treat for any occasion. They’re a little salty, a little sweet & the perfect balance w/ the crispy rice cereal & dark chocolate!

Prep Time:  15 Mins

CHILL & dip Time:  45 mins

Ingredients

STEP 1

Beat the peanut butter & butter together with a hand mixer until smooth. Then, gradually mix in the powdered sugar until fully incorporated.

STEP 2

Stir in the rice krispies!

STEP 3

~ Start scooping the mixture  onto a prepared sheet, with an approximately 1 TBSP  cookie scoop. ~ Move the tray of balls to the fridge to chill for at least 30 mins.

STEP 4

Dip the chilled balls into the melted chocolate until fully coated, letting excess chocolate run off before placing back on the parchment/wax paper. Repeat until done!

STEP 5

I like to move the peanut butter chocolate balls to the fridge to fully set but you can dig in immediately if you want to!
