Strawberry Cannoli Cones  (No-Bake Dessert)

Waffle cones filled to the brim with a sweet ricotta cheesecake filling that’s rich, delicious, and irresistible! 👉

STEP 1

Combine the strawberries with powdered sugar in a small saucepan & cook over until softened. Puree the mixture & freeze for 10 mins. 

STEP 2

Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Add in vanilla extract, ricotta & remaining powdered sugar.

STEP 3

Add the strawberry puree to the ricotta mixture & beat until combined. Refrigerate for 15 mins. 

STEP 4

Pipe the mixture into your waffle cones, top with mini chocolate chips!
