30 Min Rotel Southwest Chicken Skillet

PERSNICKETY PLATES

– Chicken breasts or tenders  – Salt & Pepper – Chicken seasoning  – Red pepper flakes  – Olive oil – White rice  – RoTel diced tomatoes & green chilies – Tomato sauce

STEP 1

Add some olive oil to your pan and saute the seasoned chicken until no longer pink.

STEP 2

Stir in the rice, can of Rotel, can of tomato sauce & water. Bring it to a boil then cover it.

STEP 3

Turn the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes. 

STEP 4

Once the rice is done, stir, top with cheese, remove from heat & cover to let the cheese melt.

STEP 5

Top with sour cream & enjoy!
