Slow Cooker Chicken & Potatoes with Green Beans

Chicken breasts, red skin potatoes & green beans - an entire healthy dinner made right in the crock pot!

Ingredients

– Boneless Chicken Breasts  – Fresh Green Beans  – Red Skin Potatoes  – Lemon Juice – Olive Oil – Montreal Chicken Seasoning – Lemon Pepper – Salt & Black Pepper – Onion Powder – Minced Garlic

To one side of the slow cooker, pile in the diced potatoes

STEP 1

On the other side, pile in the green beans, then add the chicken in the centre

STEP 2

Pour the lemon juice mixture over everything

STEP 3

Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 7-8 hours without opening the lid!

STEP 4
