Place your pizza crust on either a pizza stone or a baking sheet and lightly brush the with olive oil then sprinkle on the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
14 oz pizza crust, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, olive oil
Cook the bacon then sprinkle over the top of the cheese.

Cook the spinach then sprinkle over the top of the bacon and cheese.
1/4 cup steamed spinach
Crack the eggs onto the pizza and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3 large eggs, salt & pepper
Lower the oven temperature down to 375 degrees and place the pizza on the lowest rack.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until eggs are set.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley, dill and more cheese, if you'd like.
1/2 Tablespoon parsley, 1/2 Tablespoon fresh dill

Notes
Use store-bought crust or homemade dough—Trader Joe’s dough is a good option.
Top with steamed spinach or swap in fresh veggies like broccoli, tomatoes, asparagus, or zucchini.
To make vegetarian, skip the bacon and load up on extra vegetables.
