This baked brie recipe features a rich, creamy, buttery brie round and is topped with naturally sweet honey, fresh, fragrant thyme, red pepper flakes, and finished with pecans for the perfect honey nut brie centerpiece!
Place the round of brie into the center of a heat safe dish and score the top with a knife.
8 ounces brie
In a small bowl, mix together the pecan chips, 2 tablespoons of the honey, red pepper flakes, and thyme.
¼ cup pecan chips, 4 Tablespoons honey, ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes, ¼ teaspoon fresh thyme
Pour the pecan mixture over the brie and drizzle with additional honey and olive oil. Top with additional fresh thyme.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melty.
