Crescent Roll Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups
Three ingredient Crescent Roll Pizza Roll-Ups are such a simple recipe. They're perfect as a lunch, a quick dinner, or even an appetizer.

Ingredients

ounce
crescent roll dough
24
slices
pepperoni
approximately
4
sticks
Mozzarella string cheese
cut in half
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Optional: Line the pepperonis onto a piece of paper towel and microwave for about 30-40 seconds to crisp them up.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and line with 3-4 slices of pepperoni.
8 ounce crescent roll dough,
24 slices pepperoni
Lay a half of a cheese stick at the widest part of the dough, on top of the pepperoni, and gently roll up. Place onto the prepared pan.
4 sticks Mozzarella string cheese
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until just golden.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then enjoy!
Notes
Shredded mozzarella cheese may be used in place of string cheese.
Use different fillings like turkey pepperoni, deli ham, olives, etc.
For extra flavor, brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley, or Italian seasoning.
Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days but they are best fresh.
