Ingredients
3
carrots
peeled and chopped
5
medium red skin potatoes
chopped
½
head of cauliflower
broken into small pieces
3
Tb
extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Simply Beyond Spray-On Garlic
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet (preferably one with a lip) with foil and place it into the oven.
While it's preheating, chop your veggies, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
3 carrots,
5 medium red skin potatoes,
½ head of cauliflower,
3 Tb extra virgin olive oil,
salt & pepper to taste
Remove the hot pan from the oven (be careful!) and pour your veggies on. You should hear a sizzle.
Spray with Simply Beyond Spray-On Garlic and stir with a spatula to evenly distribute.

Place back into the oven for 10 minutes. Stir. Then cook for another 10 minutes.
