Peanut Butter Brownie Bites
Peanut Butter Brownie Bites are a delicious mini treat, perfect for get togethers or any holiday season. These chewy brownies are filled with a creamy peanut butter sauce that is heaven in a tiny bite!

Ingredients

ounce
brownie mix
+ ingredients called for
¾
cup
creamy peanut butter
melted
½
cup
peanut butter chips
½
cup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, prepare the boxed brownie mix as directed.
Scoop the brownie batter evenly into the muffin wells.
10.25 ounce brownie mix
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until tops are set and a toothpick inserted into center comes out slightly wet.
After brownies are out of the oven, indent each brownie with your thumb or the back of a teaspoon.
Place peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 45 seconds then stir. The peanut butter should be thin and runny.
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
While the brownies are still warm, spoon about a teaspoon of peanut butter into the center of each brownie bite.
Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.

Bake brownie bites at 350°F for 13–15 minutes.
Use a mini muffin pan for easy mini brownies—makes 24 bites.
Use a mini cookie scoop to evenly portion the batter into the wells.
Your favorite small batch (8x8 size) brownie mix or from-scratch recipe can be used for the brownie portion.
Store covered at room temperature for up to a week.
