Ingredients
1
pound
fresh green beans
trimmed
4
teaspoons
extra virgin olive oil
1
teaspoon
sea salt
1
teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1
Tablespoon
lemon juice
juice of a medium lemon
1
Tablespoon
minced garlic
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F and place a foil covered baking sheet into the oven to get hot.
Place all ingredients into a large bowl & toss to coat.
Let the ingredients marinate for 20+ minutes.
Carefully add the green beans to the hot pan, spreading to a single layer. You should hear them sizzle immediately.
Bake for 8-12 minutes, until crisp tender.
Notes
If you don't have fresh green beans, frozen green beans will work just the same.
Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. They reheat well in the microwave or air fryer.
