Roasted Zucchini Recipe
Sometimes simple is best - oven roasted zucchini is one of my favorites!

Ingredients

zucchinis

Tablespoon
olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste

teaspoon
minced garlic
1
teaspoon
garlic pepper
1
teaspoon
lemon pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cut zucchinis lengthwise and then into half moons. Put into a medium bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil. Add garlic and seasonings and toss to coat.

1 teaspoon minced garlic,
1 teaspoon garlic pepper,
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Line a cookie sheet with foil and spread the zucchini out in a single layer.
Cook for 15 minutes, flip, then cook another 5 minutes.
Enjoy!
Notes
Wash and slice zucchini into half moons.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with your favorite seasonings (lemon pepper is a great choice!).
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through for extra crispness.
Adjust time for your preferred level of crispiness.
Zucchini is versatile—perfect with almost anything!
