Slow Cooker Chicken Potatoes and Green Beans Recipe
Chicken breasts, red skin potatoes, and green beans - an entire healthy dinner made right in the crock pot!

Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the lemon juice, olive oil, chicken seasoning, lemon pepper, salt, pepper, onion powder, and minced garlic. Whisk together.
1/3 cup lemon juice,
1/4 cup olive oil,
1 teaspoon Montreal chicken seasoning,
1 teaspoon lemon pepper,
1 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon black pepper,
1/4 teaspoon onion powder,
2 cloves minced garlic
To one side of the slow cooker, pile in the diced potatoes.
1 pound red skin potatoes
On the other side, pile in the green beans.
1/2 pound fresh green beans
Drizzle 3 Tablespoons of melted butter (either salted or salt it yourself) over the potatoes and green beans.
3 Tablespoons salted butter
Layer the chicken breasts in the center.
1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
Pour the lemon juice mixture evenly over the chicken, potatoes, and green beans.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours without opening the lid.

Frozen or fresh green beans can be used.
Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours.
Always check the chicken’s internal temperature — it should reach 165°.
