Banana Pudding Cheesecake Bars

These Banana Pudding Cheesecake Bars combine everything you love about cheesecake & banana pudding into one easy, creamy, delicious dessert bar!

These are super easy to make & great to serve at parties!


For the crust – 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs – ½ cup unsalted butter melted For the cheesecake filling – 16 ounces cream cheese at room temperature – ¼ cup granulated white sugar – 2 large eggs – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup marshmallow fluff – 3.4 ounces banana cream pudding mix – 1 cup mashed banana roughly 2 bananas

– To a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar, beating until smooth & creamy. – Add in the eggs & vanilla extract & continue mixing.

Step 1

Once well combined, add in the marshmallow fluff & mix.

Step 2

Add the pudding mix &  mashed banana into the cheesecake mixture & mix  until well incorporated.

Step 3

- Pour over the prepared crust  & bake! - Remove & allow the cheesecake to come to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hrs.

Step 4

Once chilled, take out  & cut into squares!

Top with whipped cream, a banana slice & a mini (or regular size) vanilla cookie & serve!
