Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops & Potatoes
Six ingredients right into your slow cooker and you have a full meal.

Ingredients

medium
red skin potatoes
chopped into large pieces
4-6
thin
pork chops
thin cut
2
cans
Cream of Onion soup
1
packet
Ranch seasoning mix
Garlic & pepper seasoning
1
cup
milk
fresh/dried parsley for the top
Instructions
Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and put the potatoes on the bottom.
6 medium red skin potatoes
Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
4-6 thin pork chops
Pour the soups, ranch mix, milk & seasoning on top of the pork chops and mix together.
2 cans Cream of Onion soup,
1 packet Ranch seasoning mix,
Garlic & pepper seasoning,
1 cup milk
Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Use the extra sauce as gravy for the pork chops & potatoes.
Finish with parsley to feel fancy.

No need to brown pork chops before adding them to the crock pot, but it does add to the flavor, if you have time.
Do not put frozen pork chops in the slow cooker. Itβs unsafe because they take too long to reach a safe temperature.
Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
Every slow cooker runs differently. Times given are a general recommendation and should be tested in your own slow cooker and adjusted as needed.
