Easy Chicken Fried Rice

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sesame oil, onions, and carrots. Saute until carrots & onions are tender.

Add the peas to the pan and stir.

To a small bowl, add the eggs and whisk together with a fork.

Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and pour the eggs on the other side. Use a spatula to scramble them.
