Chicken is the most-cooked protein in my kitchen, and after 17+ years of recipe development I have strong opinions about it. Bone-in for flavor, boneless for speed, slow cooker when I’m out all day, and skillet when I’m not.
This is one of the biggest categories on the site, so I keep it organized by cooking method and cuisine. Buffalo, parmesan, enchilada, copycat, sandwich, soup, you name it. If your family has chicken fatigue, I promise something here will fix it.
