Hi! Long time no blog. I’m popping in quick with our nursery reveal.
I feel like I wrote our pregnancy announcement post like, last week and now, she’s 8 weeks old. I started typing this post up when I was still pregnant. Since Baby Girl has graced me with a nap, I’m finally getting around to adding pictures. I got out my real camera but the battery was dead, so cell phone pics it is. Otherwise it’d probably be another 8 weeks before I got around to finishing this.
I loved stalking blogs and Pinterest for nursery inspiration and I’m excited to be able to show you her room. It’s my favorite room in the house and I love sitting and rocking her in it. I had a lot of fun decorating. For awhile I was scared that I was ordering and making a bunch of random stuff and it wouldn’t come together, but I think it did. There’s no real theme – I wanted grey & white and I love stars, pandas, and unicorns. So that’s what I did.
I think I did a pretty good mix of buying stuff and DIY-ing some things.

Do you happen to know which color white of the hemnes dresser is that you got? White or white stain?

I’m fairly certain it’s white. I don’t think white stain was offered when we got this one. =)
I was just about to ask the same thing, trying to match to the PB Simply White! 🙂
I have an update! Baby #2 got the Hemnes in white stain & it’s brighter. The PB Simply White looks off-white next to it. It’s not bad, but there is a difference.
So, which color do you think matches the Kendall Crib Simply White better? The Hemnes in White or White Stain? Thanks! (Planning to use both of these items in our nursery and can’t decide on the color for the Hemnes!)
I think Hemnes in White matches the PB Simply White better. The Hemnes White Stain (which we put in Baby #2’s room) is brighter. The PB white is not as bright. Hope that helps!
