Love all of recipes Melissa – but I will argue you on how good the Hamilton Beach slow cooker. Mine died after 1 year and I sent it back to Amazon and got a partial refund on it. It was a piece of garbage.
I now have a Cuisinart browning slow cooker that I absolute swear by and love. I love that I can brown in it, then switch to slow cooking and not have to dirty another pot. I have been using it for 3 years now and it has never let me down. I would highly recommend it over Hamilton Beach any day.
