CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE CUPS
Food is my love language and baking makes me happy.
I’m lucky that Julia (3 years old) shares my love of being in the kitchen and is so good with helping.
My dad built her a “helper stool” and for the last two years, if she hears me doing anything in the kitchen, she stops whatever she’s doing to join me.
I have so many pictures and good memories of us baking together – she can crack an egg better than I can!
Sometimes, we need something quick to bake so this recipe for Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookie Cups came about. Desserts don’t get much more “no fuss” than this!
We used Pillsbury Ready-To-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie dough and peanut butter cups (this would be a great way to use up extra Halloween candy!).
I could also see this being a great recipe for a last minute bake sale, class treat, family get-together, or just because.
I love that they’re mini and you get my two favorite things – chocolate and peanut butter!
I have many, many cookbooks in my arsenal. Many of them are Pillsbury branded. Several of the recipes are from Pillsbury Bake-Off® Contest winners.
This year, they’re having their 48th (!) Pillsbury Bake-Off® Contest and I think you should enter with what you’ve been making at home.
I’ve never entered a baking competition but I think the Pillsbury Bake-Off® Contest would be an excellent place to start. Share your family’s favorite recipe and traditions for a chance to win some amazing prizes.
Submit your recipe and story on BakeOff.com for your chance to win a trip to New York with the grand prize winner receiving a kitchen makeover from GE Appliances (all the heart eyes), $50,000 in cash, and an appearance on The Kitchen as well as in Food Network Magazine.
Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookie Cups
Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookie Cups are only two ingredients and are ready in just 20 minutes. Perfect for a last minute bake sale, class treat, or craving!
Ingredients
- Pillsbury Ready-To-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 24 peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a mini muffin pan with 24 liners. Lightly spray with non-stick spray.
2. Break apart your cookie dough and place one square into each muffin liner.
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until just golden.
4. While the cookie cups are baking, I unwrapped my peanut butter cups. Then stuck them in the fridge so they're not melty.
5. Once baked, remove the cookie cups from the oven and immediately press a peanut butter cup into the center of each.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan and allowing to cool completely.
7. Enjoy!
