Earlier this week I showed you YOUR top 10 favorite posts (most clicked) but today I’m going to give you MY favorite posts from 2015.
So, I already showed you what the most clicked posts were this year, but now I’m going to show you my personal favorites (that weren’t already covered). Blogging is tricky because sometimes a dish will be SO good but that means nothing in terms of popularity. Usually whatever I think will be popular isn’t.
Anyway, I love reading these round-up posts because they really highlight the best of the best.
In no particular order, my favorite posts of 2015…
#10 – Cheesy Chicken Broccoli & Rice Casserole – this is a great & easy weeknight meal.
#9 – Chocolate Stuffed Cinnamon & Sugar Pull-Apart Bread – this is a new post but it deserves attention because I haven’t stopped thinking about it since I made it.
#8 – Slow Cooker Chicken Zucchini & Spinach Pasta – you guys typically love slow cooker meals and this one was really good. Try it!
#7 – Chocolate Filled Peanut Butter Cookie Cups – another fairly new post that I keep thinking about. Semi-homemade so they’re really easy and you can switch up the sprinkles to fit any holiday/occasion.
#6 – Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup – A Panera copycat. I need to make this again soon. We all loved it.
#5 – Bathroom Makeover – so, this isn’t food, but it’s still one of my favorite posts. Our new house has been a huge part of 2015 and redoing the bathroom was our first big project. I still owe you before/after pictures of the living room/bedrooms…getting Pinterest ready is much harder than I thought.
#4 – Peanut Butter Brookies – a layer of brownie, a layer of peanut butter cookie…what’s not to love?!
#3 – Homemade SpaghettiOs – Julia loved these and I love making her things I feel really good about.
#2 – Chocolate Marble Zucchini Bread – I really liked this bread. I love zucchini in baked goods. I love it just about any way you make it, actually.
#1 – Super Simple Sauteed Asparagus – I’ve made this so many times. It’s a great, easy, healthy way to eat asparagus.
So, there you have it. 2015 was a delicious year.
However you follow (might I suggest via email, so you don’t miss anything!), thank you for reading!
Happy New Year – here’s to 2016!
